Outside House Remodel

This house was the ugliest house in the best neighborhood. It had little, if not any,  curb appeal. This house had potential, it just needed someone who could envision the potential. The house looked like it hadn’t been painted in years and had not a blade of grass to speak of. The whole front driveway of the house had been blacktopped and had a concrete slab next to the hill for RV parking. I envisioned a curved driveway with grass on each side leading up to the garage. I planted shrubs along the garage and palm trees were placed where the concrete slab used to be. Because of the lack of rain during the summer in the valley,  I installed a 6-zone sprinkler system with a timer to keep the grass green during the hot spells.
